I am a dedicated and experienced certified personal trainer with over 20 years in the fitness industry. As an ACSM-certified trainer, 500-hour YogaFit instructor, and Adaptive Fitness Specialist, I am passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals in a safe, supportive, and personalized environment. With a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, I bring a deep understanding of the body and movement, ensuring effective, science-based programs tailored to each individual’s needs.
